Who Works at the Distribution Center?
When is the DC Courier Pick Up and Drop off times to Headquarters?
1st run: 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
2nd run: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Any ground shipment picked up on the second run will be processed the next business day.
Courier will make special runs to HQ upon request.
Information for FedEx Shipping:
Note: We use FedEx primarily for packages over a pound. We do not use UPS here at the distribution center.
Also note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

FedEx 2Day AM: by 10:30 AM to most US addresses and by noon to rural areas
FedEx Overnight Air Services
Standard: next business day by 3 PM to most US addressses and by 8:00 PM to residences
Priority: next business day by 10:30 AM to most US addresss and 4:30 PM in remote areas
First Overnight: next business day between 8 AM and 10 AM

Note: Packages may be delayed by customs.
International Economy: Delivery within 5 business days worldwide.
International Priority: Deleivery with 1 to 3 business days worldwide.

Note: Packages over a pound will usually be shipped through FedEx depending on price.
USPS will always be used for all P.O. Boxes.

Priority Mail Express: Delivering 7 days a week, Priority Mail Express is our fastest domestic service for time-sensitive letters, documents, or merchandise.
